OFFICIAL OPENING OF A LARGE STUDIO CYCLE – GARNEAU CONCEPT STORE IN BOISBRIAND

Louis Garneau Sports is proud to announce the opening of a large store STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU. This new store is located at the Faubourg Boisbriand, 3230 Avenue des Grandes Tourelles and offers the largest selection of Louis Garneau products in Canada.

With more than 7 200 sq. ft. and 1 300 products, STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU CONCEPT proposes a wide selection of Louis Garneau sports goods and accessories. Customers will find every necessity for cyclists of every age and every level, a large selection of clothes and sports apparatus for outdoor lovers: general training, running, walking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Furthermore, tuning and repairing bicycles will be done on location, in the stunning brand new workshop.

"Whether one is a professional or amateur cyclist, a sports devotee or an occasional one, it's much simpler to go to a one-stop shop, where good advice, quality and specialised service awaits," says Louis Garneau, brand founder.

STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU CONCEPT is the first Garneau Store in Montreal's North Shore and the first in the Mega Centre Faubourg Boisbriand located at the intersection of highways 15 and 640, at the doorsteps of Montreal and the Laurentides.

Three visionary STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU CONCEPT co-owners, Ghyslain Larose, Pascal Gagné and Jean-Pascal Lion, decided to go on this gratifying adventure made in Quebec. "My partners and I, all passionate cyclists, were totally convinced that partnering with the best, Louis Garneau, was the only way to go to have a store with such scope and prestige. Its size and the multitude of products make it a truly immense store. And the man himself, our very own Garneau, is synonymous with quality," says Ghyslain Larose, president of STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU CONCEPT. Larose is famous in the cycling world having represented Canada at home and abroad, earning several gold medals along the way. Just like Louis Garneau, he used his competitive spirit and invested his positive energy into entrepreneurship. He founded Studio Cycle, the largest Spinning^TM centre network in Quebec with 18 centres mainly located at Energie Cardio outlets. The company also owns some franchisees that offer Spinning^TM classes to companies and schools, thanks to their mobile units. Studio Cycle also sells and repairs all sorts of Spinning^TM bicycles everywhere in Quebec.

It was the new STUDIO CYCLE - GARNEAU CONCEPT shop's grand opening on March 10, 2010, in Boisbriand. Many guests and public figures were there to enjoy the scope of this seventh heaven intended for both sports pros and enthusiasts, offering the widest Louis Garneau products selection in Canada.
