By analyzing function and mechanical constraints of each part of the frame, our engineers have carefully selected different types of carbon fibre, varying stiffness and strength to assemble our frame. These fibres are precisely positioned to increase stiffness, comfort and durability. The Xinos series strives to increase comfort by using a higher percentage of high strength type carbon in its construction. While improving the durability of the frame, it also allows our engineers to further enhance vibration absorption.
Front triangle, chain stays and seat stays are all molded as an independent monocoque section, and are then bonded together to create a complete structure.
By joining the members of the rear end of the frame together we can provide good torsion resistance to ease the power transfer and offer a smooth ride by making the whole rear triangle channel the vibrations.
