We developed the RTCC 2 carbon blend specially to meet the demands of day in day out racing. Expert racers are able to push a bike to its limit no enthusiast could dream of, so in order to transfer more power to the ground and for precise handling, a frame needs to be stiff at the right places but also needs to be strong enough to withstand the abuse.

Bending and torsional force along with ply orientation are all modulus IM carbon fiber offers a great balance of stiffness and strength and is used in high torsion areas, while even stiffer high modulus HM fiber is used in a different way by packing more or using less fiber in a given area, to either increase stiffness or reduce weight, depending on the riding characteristics we are trying to achieve.

Carbon nanotubes have been added to the carbon-resin matrix, creating microbonds between the carbon layers. This greatly improves impact resistance and structural integrity of the frame.

This patented technology (D541,705) uses strategically placed reinforcement ribs that act as an exoskeleton on the frame to increase stiffness of key areas without compromising comfort.
By combining several design elements, we are able to create a surprisingly comfortable ride. The W.A.V.E. technology joins the chain stay and seat stays in a continued curve to channel and minimize vibrations without sacrificing power transfer. Vertical compliance is significantly increased by the combination of our integrated seat collar and small diameter seat post.
By moving bearings inside a wider 86.5 mm shell, we have created a massive junction that increases lateral stiffness while minimizing weight. Bottom bracket shell and chain stays are molded into a single carbon unit to strengthen critical areas, all with the goal of providing unprecedented power transfer.

While others use the same fork offset for all their bikes, we’ve developed our fork to have different offsets throughout the sizing range. This allows us to keep the turning radius, weight distribution and stability of our bikes exactly where we want it. This makes for a bike with great handling no matter what size you ride.

Brake and shifter cables are all internal, away from contamination, for crisp shifting and a cleaner look. Removable cable stop inserts allow for seamless Shimano electronic Di2 integration.
Our advanced multi-monocoque technology increases molding precision by separating the frame into several substructures to allow more complex shapes. Internal polyurethane molds are used to ensure maximum compation between layers, thus eliminating the possibility of voids. This enables our engineers to remove any excess materials and create a stronger structure with less weight.

Gennis Uni-T fork utilizes an oversized step crown design to create a smoother carbon fiber transition from steerer to crown that increases both strength and stiffness for greater steering precision.
