Top Finalists in Challenge Roth all wore Louis Garneau Helmets

The top three women finishers in the Challenge Roth, Ironman Distance race, had one winning element in common. They all wore Louis Garneau helmets.

Chrissie Wellington, who placed first and broke the world record for Ironman Distance Triathlons, has been wearing the Louis Garneau Diamond helmet since her 1st Place Ironman World Championship in October. "Words cannot express how overjoyed I am to have won Challenge Roth and to have broken my old World Record. Everything came together for me at the right time. I wore my Louis Garneau Diamond helmet, which is incredibly light and super comfortable, enabling me to post the fastest bike split and top off the race off with a 2hr48 marathon. Challenge Roth is such an amazing event and i am proud and privileged to have played a part in rewriting triathlon history and, through my performance, redefining what is possible for myself and others - especially for women in sport," remarks Wellington.

teamTBB’s Rebekah Keat and Tereza Macel posted a GREAT result coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Singapore-based teamTBB is a major player in professional triathlon, representing and managing 30 athletes of 15 nationalities. Louis Garneau will become the official helmet and cycling shoe sponsor of teamTBB for racing and training.
